POSTAGE
Please see below for outlined terms and conditions for our shipping and returns policies. All items sent will be professionally packaged and free of charge (FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING).

Domestic Shipping Guidelines
Processing time 1-2 days for all orders (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

European Shipping Guidelines

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your item being posted.

Import duty, applicable taxes and/or VAT are the responsibility of the importer. The company Wolf & Stap will not be held responsible for any extra charges incurred during the shipping process, however we will be more than happy to help with any delays with customs where applicable.

 

RETURNS

If you would like to return an item and receive a full refund, you will have a 3 day period once your package has been delivered to start the simple return process. You are welcome to reach out to us at any time at wolfandstap@gmail.com regarding any questions about the below procedures or regarding our return policy.
TO RETURN A PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. You will have 3 days to notify us that you would like to make a return
2. Please note that the buyer bears the cost of the return shipping
3. Return shipments must be packaged using the same materials that your item(s) arrived in
4. You will receive your refund in 5-10 days minus the insured return shipping cost, credit card processing fee, and/or a cleaning restoration charge if the item is returned in a state different than it's original sold condition.
