An extraordinary and rare Edwardian turquoise guilloche enamel and silver oval compact/ locket. This stunning piece is made in a striking and vibrant turquoise and white guilloche enamel with silver star motif around the turquoise panel. Hallmarked and stamped inside. Marks for Birmingham, 1909. The compact was made by S Blanckensee & Son Ltd.
Measurements: approx 5 cm in diameter
Weight: 27 grams
Condition: Small loss to the enamel on the bottom (please see attached images) and a few dings on the back of the compact
